Ananda Purnima is celebrated every year on the full moon of May. It is the anniversary of the birth of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, guru and preceptor of Ananda Marga. This year 2016 it will be on May 21 and Ananda Marga units all over the world are preparing for a special day with more Kiirtan and Service activities. In New York two programs are set to happen, in the morning at the Sectorial Office in Flushing, NY and in the afternoon and evening at the WWD office with an Akhanda Kiirtan followed by dinner and cultural program.
