LFT or Local Full Time training is an important step in the life of almost any Margii. Becoming deeply immersed in the spiritual practices of Ananda Marga for four weeks, LFT training can be a life changing experience.
Tantra is not just a theory, it is a practice; LFT training will help you implement that practice in your life and make it a living reality. By absorbing yourself intensively in meditation, kiirtan, Prabhat Samgiita, satsaunga, sentient food and spiritual ideation for a concentrated period of time, your whole being will be transformed. lt is a period of rapid spiritual evolution, a huge step towards realizing the Spiritual Ideal we all hold so dear.
LFT training will also deepen you understanding of Ananda Marga’s revolutionary ideology. By learning more about Baba’s amazing vision for humanity, you will develop a sense of being a part of Baba’s Mission on earth.

What qualifications do I need?
• Trainees must commit to stay for the entire 6 weeks.
• You must be initiated and have been practicing sadhana regularly for several months at least, preferably with

• You must have attended at least one Ananda Marga retreat before coming to training.
• You must sincerely follow the discipline and schedule during the training.
• It is preferable that you are prepared to take on a commitment as LFT for at least one year after the training is complete. You must have the recommendation of your local Acarya.
Trainers:
Our trainers have many years experience as LFT trainers and the trainees always benefit greatly under their tutelage, becoming stronger ideologically and more inspired to work for Baba’s Mission. We will also invite guest teachers.
Training Program:
The training will include the full LFT syllabus, ending with an examination and SPT. This covers spiritual practices and conduct rules, spiritual philosophy, social philosophy, organization and Prabhat Samgiita.
