Meanwhile, AMURTEL has generated micro-credit programs to help the women lift themselves out of poverty.
Those not yet benefited are understandably anxious to resume a normal life with some shelter, and we wish to avoid confrontations between the “haves” and the “have-nots.” To do so, we need an additional $12,000 US to cover the expense of galvanized steel roofing sheets at $140 per house.
