On August 21–22, two special online sessions were conducted via Zoom for teachers and psychologists under the theme “Calm the Mind, Change Your Life: Stress Relief Through Yoga and Meditation.” The workshops were led by Avadhutika Ananda Acirá Acharya and organized with the kind support of Sister Niiramaya.

The sessions introduced practical tools for stress relief and inner balance, equipping educators with techniques to both nurture themselves and better support others. Along with inspiring guidance, participants engaged in experiential practices including yogic breathing, selected yoga postures, and guided meditation.

The response was heartfelt—participants expressed deep gratitude for receiving practical methods that they could integrate into daily life as well as into their professional settings. Many shared that these practices offered not only stress relief but also renewed energy, clarity, and peace of mind.

This program highlighted how yoga and meditation can serve as powerful resources for educators, helping them remain balanced while guiding others in today’s challenging times.

Flowing in the Music of Devotion

Online Prabhat Samgiit Day (September 14, 2025)

On September 14, an Online Prabhat Samgiit Day was joyfully organized by Avadhutika Ananda Acirá Acharya and Acharya Diiptimananda Avadhuta, bringing together 40 participants from across the sector.

The program opened with Dharma Cakra, setting a devotional vibration that carried throughout the event. This was followed by an inspiring talk on the history of Prabhat Samgiit and its profound benefits in meditation, as well as its power to uplift and transform the mind. Brother Sudhiira and Sister Rekha deeply moved everyone by sharing their personal stories and experiences with Baba when Prabhat Samgiit was first being composed.

A highlight of the program was the beautiful rendering of Prabhat Samgiit by margiis and ácáryas from different parts of the sector. Their heartfelt singing filled the atmosphere with sweetness, devotion, and spiritual depth, drawing everyone into a powerful flow of bhakti.

The program concluded with heartfelt sharing and Ávarta Kiirtan, leaving participants touched, inspired, and spiritually elevated. It was a reminder of the timeless gift of Prabhat Samgiit—music that continues to guide us inward and upward, uniting hearts in Baba’s love.
