Super Smoothie – A recipe by Ainjali


Not all sprouts are enough delicious to be eaten in salads or so, but as they can become one of our best nutritious allies we should find other ways to consume them …one of these ways is as a sprout milk. Sprout milk is full of life, nutrients, and enzymes.

Wheat Sprouts

I recommend the following combination: millet or wheat sprouts milk, pinaple, banana, ginger, lemon juice and some mint leaves.

Grow your own sprouts, no matter what time of the year is. It is pretty easy, quick, economic and inspiring. Put together your fresh sprouts with some water. Blend them well for about a minute. Strain the milk and then blend the milk and the fruits. Choose the combinations of fruits you prefer and have this super smoothie as often as you can. Last recommendation: it is better to use only a bit of milk at the beginning, cause it may be a bit strong. Try not to store or refrigerate your smoothie, take it as freshly as possible. Enjoy!
