The feeding program in Los Angeles continues every week. Acarya Muktatmananda Avadhuta and a team of volunteers served 33,190 pounds of food to 2480 people in the period from January 13 to March 1, 2018.
One Sundays there is another feeding program that has served another 700 – 800 homeless and poor people in Skidrow, downtown Los Angeles.
Acarya Muktatmananda Avadhuta regularly visits Phoenix, Arizona and the unit there is growing stronger. Several old Margii brothers have become active in the Margii community. There is a possibility of opening a Jagrti in Phoenix in the near future.
