Avtk. Ánanda Siddheshvarii Ac. has been actively collaborating with the COBAC high school in Coahuila, which recently began a special project to evaluate the impact of yoga and meditation on reducing students’ anxiety and stress levels. As part of this initiative, Didi has been guiding regular yoga and meditation classes three times a week for several student groups, with around 60 students between 15 and 17 years old participating. The response from both students and teachers has been very positive, as many have reported feeling calmer, more focused, and emotionally balanced through regular practice.
In addition to this school project, Didi has taught weekly yoga and meditation classes at Narcotics Anonymous for the past year. The results among the young women in rehabilitation have been remarkable. Many have expressed deep gratitude for the practices, sharing that yoga and meditation have helped them regain inner strength, peace of mind, and self-confidence on their path to recovery.
To mark International Kaośikii Day, Didi celebrated with 10 students who regularly attend her yoga classes. Together, they joyfully danced Kaośikii for 21 minutes at Cristo de la Bartola, Monclova, followed by collective Kiirtana and meditation, creating an atmosphere filled with inspiration and devotion.
A special Sádhaná Shiviira was also organized at the Monclova Jagriti with the presence of Ác. Cirananda Avt. and Gopii from Monterrey. Twelve participants attended the program, which included collective meditation, spiritual classes, and discussions that deepened everyone’s understanding of Ananda Marga philosophy and practice.
Later, a seminar was held at the Monterrey Jagriti, providing another opportunity for Margiis and new aspirants to meet for spiritual learning, inspiration, and collective growth.
