On February 22, 2025, Ananda Marga was invited to participate in the Peace and Harmony Program at the United Nations, an event organized by HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light), Ambassadors, and members of various Faith Harmony Groups. More than 50 organizations took part in this gathering, which aimed to foster global unity, interfaith collaboration, and humanitarian service. The program was a resounding success, led by His Grace, HWPL leaders, and the local New York City Chairman. Ananda Marga representatives had the opportunity to introduce our mission and activities, and during the event, the Ambassador also introduced Ananda Marga, which was warmly received by attendees.
The program brought together representatives from Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, and Christian communities, along with UN delegates, civil society members, spiritual organizations, and charitable institutions. Ananda Marga’s introduction left a strong impression, leading to meaningful engagements with several ambassadors who expressed deep appreciation for our humanitarian and spiritual work. Attendees were delighted to meet us and acknowledged the positive impact of our global service activities. Our digital outreach, including emails, visiting cards, and interviews on HWPL channels, helped expand our presence, reaching thousands of people worldwide. Through this event, we successfully introduced Ananda Marga at the UN, built strong relationships with key organizations, and laid the foundation for future collaborations with NGOs and global representatives.
