Avadhutika Ananda Rainjana Acarya (Didi Ananda Rainjana) renders service to women in Monterrey, Mexico, and also travels to other cities to give lectures, workshops, seminars, and retreats. In Monterrey, Mexico, Didi has regular yoga and meditation classes as well as English classes in a rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addicted women. She also teaches yoga and meditation at a school to the teachers and guides women in meditation and other Ananda Marga spiritual practices.

Didi Ananda Rainjana was a holistic doctor before becoming a nun, and she is utilizing her experience to be of service to people. Didi is assisting women on a regular basis in dealing with their health issues. Didi is trying to create a base for a future “women project”, and in a few days she is starting some classes for “all around women health.”  In these classes, women will learn about the physiology of the woman body, learn all the yogic tools and a holistic approach to women’s health.  They will also learn how to manage stress and negative emotions and deal with life in a more successful and fulfilling way.
Beside this, Didi is assisting women through individual sessions, in overcoming anxiousness and other negative states of mind. So far, three women contacted her and succeeded in overcoming these mental states.
