On September 14, 2024, the Ananda Marga spiritual community came together online for a deeply moving Prabhat Samgiita Day celebration, organized by
Avtk. Ananda Kalyanmitra Ac. and Avtk. Ananda Acirá Ac. Held on Zoom, the event brought together 50 attendees from various parts of the world to honor the profound beauty and devotional essence of Prabhat Samgiita—songs of the new dawn composed by Shrii Shrii Anandamurtii, the founder of Ananda Marga.
The program began with Dharma Cakra, Ac. Diiptimanananda Avt. then gave a talk on the history of Prabhat Samgiita, taking the audience back to the moment when Shrii Shrii Anandamurtii first composed these sacred songs. Following this, participants from various regions and Acaryas (spiritual teachers) shared their favorite Prabhat Samgiita songs. Each rendition was a unique expression of devotion, filling the virtual space with the divine melody and uplifting the hearts of all present. The songs echoed not just as music, but as a spiritual force that transcended the digital setting, fostering a profound sense of connection among all participants.
The gathering proved to be more than just a celebration of music—it was a collective experience of devotion and inspiration. Attendees shared how the experience stirred their hearts and deepened their connection to Guru and to one another.
