Avadhutika Ananda Acira Acarya reports:
Ananda Dhiira Master Unit is being very well maintained and continues to be a vibrant center of activity, attracting many visitors throughout the year. As winter transitions into spring, there is much work to be done in preparation for the new season. We are getting the garden ready for planting and have already begun harvesting seasonal herbs, which are being dried for daily and future use. Some of the wildflowers and plants that grow naturally here also have medicinal value. We are continuing our efforts in producing eco-enzyme, infused oils, and herbal teas, supporting a simple and natural lifestyle in harmony with nature.

Sadhana Shivir and Karma Yoga at Ananda Dhiira
A meaningful Sadhana Shivir and Karma Yoga gathering was held at Ananda Dhiira on March 4, 2026 under the guidance of Didi Ananda Acira, with eight participants attending.
The program combined collective spiritual practice with selfless service. Along with meditation, kiirtan, and spiritual inspiration, participants worked together in various outdoor seva activities. The group cut wood, prepared the garden, tilled the soil with fertilizer, and harvested vegetables from the winter season.
The atmosphere throughout the day was warm, cooperative, and joyful. Participants appreciated the opportunity to combine meditation with practical service, experiencing the spirit of Karma Yoga through caring for nature and working collectively.

Meditation Retreat at Ananda Dhiira, April 15 – 19, 2026
A peaceful and inspiring meditation retreat was held at Ananda Dhiira with nine participants attending. One sister received initiation during the retreat, while the other participants, who were already initiated, had the opportunity to revise their lessons and learn additional meditation practices.
Along with daily kiirtan, meditation, and yoga, the retreat offered several special activities. Sister Rashmika guided a relaxing sound bath session, Sister Harmony offered a Chi Gong class, and Brother Adideva led one of the yoga classes.
One of the highlights of the retreat was a wildflower tour along the Buttermilk Trail by the South Yuba River. Participants enjoyed learning about many wildflowers and their unique characteristics while spending time immersed in nature.
The retreat created a deeply peaceful environment where participants felt spiritually refreshed, inspired, and connected with nature and one another.
