New York Sector continues to emphasize the importance of the seminar system, with major units actively organizing seminars and Ácáryas serving as trainers and coordinators. In Los Altos Hills, a hybrid seminar led by Avadhútiká Ánanda Acirá Ácáryá featured classes by Ácárya Diiptimanánanda Avadhúta. New York, Vancouver, and 15 other units also hosted seminars, ensuring that Margiis receive regular spiritual training and inspiration. These gatherings strengthen collective learning and support the deepening of Ananda Marga philosophy and practice across the sector.
On February 8, 2025, Ácárya Anudhyanánanda Avadhúta organized a deeply inspiring 12-hour Katha Kiirtana, where over a hundred Margiis and Ácáryas of all ages shared heartfelt stories, dreams, and mystical experiences with Bábá. Each speaker was followed by soulful Kiirtana, creating a devotional rhythm throughout the day. This powerful spiritual gathering has become a cherished annual tradition over the past three years, offering a sacred space for reflection, inspiration, and deeper connection on the spiritual path.
On February 1, 2025, the Online Integrated Wellness Festival brought together 60–70 participants for a day of learning, holistic healing, and spiritual inspiration, organized by Avadhútiká Ánanda Acirá Ácáryá on behalf of Ananda Marga New York Sector. The event featured powerful talks on yogic health, nutrition, fasting, and inner healing, blending scientific insights with spiritual wisdom. Sessions by Ácáryas, health experts, and wellness practitioners offered practical tools for conscious living. With Prabhát Saḿgiita, reflection, and heartfelt sharing, the festival uplifted all present and inspired a deeper commitment to well-being in body, mind, and soul.
From February 7–9, 2025, the Sarasota Unit hosted a serene Weekend Spiritual Retreat with 13 dedicated sádhakas, guided by Avadhútiká Ánanda Acirá Ácáryá and Ácárya Diiptimanánanda Avadhúta, and organized by Sisters Niiramaya and Himanii. The retreat featured Akhanda Kiirtan, meditation, yoga, and inspiring classes, deepening spiritual practice and community bonds. A highlight was meditation by the beach, offering profound stillness and divine connection. Satsaunga with families and heartfelt sentient meals enriched the spiritual atmosphere. Participants departed with renewed inspiration and inner joy, united in their journey on the path of Dharma.
From January 22–26, 2025, a group of spiritual seekers gathered for a transformative Spiritual Adventure Retreat at Royal Gorge, Tahoe, CA, led by Avadhútiká Ánanda Acirá Ácáryá and Ácárya Diiptimanánanda Avadhúta. The retreat beautifully combined Kiirtan, meditation, yoga, and outdoor adventures like skiing and snowshoeing, creating a joyful fusion of inner stillness and connection with nature. Participants experienced deep spiritual renewal and vibrant community spirit amidst the serene mountain landscape. The retreat offered a profound journey of self-discovery, clarity, and bliss, leaving hearts uplifted and minds inspired by both the silence of snow and the rhythm of spiritual practice.
On January 19, 2025, a serene meditation class at the Shumei Centre in Daly City, San Francisco welcomed 20 participants for an inspiring journey into meditation, mantra, and Kiirtan. Avadhútiká Ánanda Acirá Ácáryá offered a profound talk on the essence of meditation, followed by Kiirtan led by Ácárya Diiptimanánanda Avadhúta, filling the space with devotional joy. A guided meditation allowed participants to connect deeply with the Supreme. The heartfelt session left many uplifted and inspired, offering a meaningful step forward on their spiritual journey of self-discovery and transformation.
From December 28, 2024, to January 1, 2025, over 30 sádhakas gathered at Los Altos Hills Jagrti for a deeply uplifting Winter Retreat & New Year Celebration, led by Avadhútiká Ánanda Acirá Ácáryá and Ácárya Diiptimanánanda Avadhúta. The retreat featured Akhanda Kiirtan, six-hour New Year’s Kiirtan, Sádhana Shivir, Katha Kiirtan, discourses, and nature walks, creating a transformative spiritual atmosphere. The Ananda Vanii, read in ten languages, inspired all to march forward with renewed devotion. Participants left deeply inspired, carrying a profound sense of purpose and connection with the Supreme into the new year.
Ananda Marga activities continue to expand with inspiring initiatives. On December 17, 2025, Sister Nirainjana organized a Tattvasabha in Westchester, NY, supporting efforts to establish a new unit in the area. On January 20, a pracár lecture in Sterling, Virginia led to the initiation of four new sādhakas, strengthening the local spiritual community. Earlier, on January 4, a vibrant RAWA program in Queens, NYC brought Margiis and friends together for music, performance, and creative expression—setting an uplifting tone for the new year and spreading spiritual inspiration through the arts.
