Yoga in School

On  21st February 2018, at Kumon school, Calgary Alberta, for the first time the teachers were introduced to yoga and meditation by Didi Ananda Acira.  It was explained the importance of yoga practice in the school, where both side the teachers and the students will be highly benefited.  It develops the physical health, emotional balance, improves concentration, and correct the behaviour.  On this day also the teachers experiencing yoga practice and Baba Nam Kevalam meditation.  After the introduction, everyone feels so inspired, and they decided to have regular classes three times a week.  They also plan to introduce the yoga practice to their students.
